Description of Work: I used him for 3 or 4 years and he was really good. This time I wanted him to remove a tree and he said he would get the permit. When he did get it, he wanted to rush me into doing it right away, because he said the permit was only good for 30 days. When I called the city, they laughed and said it was good for 2 yrs. I will never use him again.
