He's excellent. He doesn't charge you an outrageous amount of money. He gets quality products, works fast and effectively, and his memory is incredible. He listens to what you want and doesn't forget. He is phenomenal. If you call him, you'll have a wait, but he is worth the wait and he's a really nice person.

Not well. Prices were cheap, but the owner wanted only to install the product he wanted. I wanted a different style of windows and he kept insisting on another product. He finally provided a quote on the style we wanted. The prices were cheap, but he gave me one lump price instead of a per window price. So the estimate was difficult to compare to other quotes - and we weren?t sure if we were going to do them all or some at a time. James was very difficult to deal with and finally when he refused to give me a written estimate, he became very angry and belligerent. He refused to do business with us and threw a temper tantrum in my living room and walked out. I could not believe how angry he got. It was not professional and we clearly terminated the relationship immediately. In fact, it scared us so much that I waited a few years to write this review because I didn?t want any repercussions from the unwarranted anger fueled exchange. All because he refused to provide a written estimate so that I could compare to my other estimates! This was a referral from my neighbor and when I mentioned this to my neighbor, he did confirm that sometimes James can get testy. No thank you!
