Very unprofessional, customer service can’t handle customers have to give phone to other rep to finish call. Csr Stacy was rude and disrespectful as she laughed when trying to explain my concern and issues. These guys just make up their own schedules come whenever they want, so I pay for services and the garbage sometimes doesn’t get picked up and also claim to come on holidays but on my street it’s a hit or miss, yet I was told by the route manager that they do pick up on holidays and the truck has cameras. I’ve been at my new home for half a year and this company is bad, and it’s too bad their isn’t other options due to the horrible customer service.

I have been using JD Parker since 2004, and I must say, I have no problems with them. Whether on the phone, online or on FB, they are friendly, responsive and informative. Great service no matter the weather.

I have been in the area for 5 months now and went with JD Parker as that is who my neighbors use. However this will be changing as they have shown a habit to keep missing my garbage pick up. Today marks the 5 time in 5 months that I have been skipped but my neighbors have not. Today the issues has continued and after realizing my trash pick up was missed I called and was meet with a complete lack of customer service on the phone, but was rudely told that they would be back to pick it up today, and nobody ever returned to pick up the trash. Sadly WM does not service my area as that is who I have used for years in the past and never once had a missed pick up.

Been using this company for almost 10 years and have been great. Always pickup my garbage even when there is an excessive load due to large home projects or yard work. Never missed a pickup in my experience.
