I brought both the lap top and new printer into their shop on Wednesday, late in the morning, February 4, 2015. It needed multiple issues to be addressed and corrected, as well, as installed. I discussed my computer issues and new printer with the complicated instructions. Rob Marlowe and his wife couldn't have been more courteous and pleasant, considering they were talking to a dummy when it comes to computers and printers.
Rob called me about four hours later to say the job was complete. As this was my first time with them, and I found them through Angie's List, they gave me a 10% discount.
They are located in downtown New Port Richey just east of Main Street on Grand Blvd. They do have free (no meters) parking right on the street and right in front of their business.
Frankly, I prefer to work with someone that I can see in person as opposed to so many computer repair listings that are on Angie's List and based in Texas or Arizona. Rob Marlowe was exactly what I was looking for.

"We provided her with remote support and downloaded the latest version of the anti-virus software she purchased. She is unwilling to accept the fact that electronically delivered software does not generally come with a disk. We have provided her with both the key code and the download link so that she can reinstall the software at her convenience should she ever need to do so."
