THEY SUB CONTRACTED OUT THE WORK. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT THEY WOULD DO THIS. I THOUGHT THE TECH WOULD COME BACK OUT AND INSPECT AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. HE DID NOT. HE DIDNT COME OUT AND SEE THAT THE GLUE NEEDED TO BE REDONE. THEY WERE RELUCTANT TO FIX THE DOORS. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN REHUNG AT THIS TIME. THEY LEFT THIS PART OF THE JOB UNDONE.

"We were asked to contact the customer to take care of a problem that they experienced with their flooring which was flooded. When we arrived for our fist appointment, the restoration company had removed the carpet & pad along with the closet doors & the hardware belonging to the doors. We supplied vinyl flooring throughout the house instead of replacing the carpet at the customer's request. We were called back to remove excess glue & to rehang the doors. Upon inspection it was found to be animal feces & not excess glue, which we removed anyway for the customer. The customer offered to buy new hardware for the doors so we could rehang them as he wanted; however, he has not done so. Having been there to service the customer for something beyond our control, we would have to charge the customer at this point to hang the doors after the customer purchases & installs the hardware, which we did not remove. That would take care of the problem, which we did not cause in the first place."
