I decided to cancel my service with this company due to the fact that they raised their already high prices again. I called the office and spoke to a woman who seemed to be in a rush and she took my address and hung up. A week and a half later they came out to the house again, when I told them I cancelled the account over a week ago the owner Gene became very aggressive calling me a liar as he left the property. He came back and rang the doorbell and banged angrily on my door. He tried giving me a bill for the service I had already cancelled. I told him i would not pay for a service I cancelled He then called me a derogatory name and left. I decided to pay him for the service as he did complete it that day. TWO DAYS LATER he sent me to collections! BEWARE of this hostile man! He is truly a danger to society. I was afraid for me and my families well being.

"We apologize that you were dissatisfied with the service despite all our efforts. We informed you that your sprinklers were not working properly, which contributed in damage to the bushes. . Also, as you have mentioned before, the roof was pressure washed and the chemicals from this were sprayed on the bushes which was the main cause of the bushes dying. You have canceled the service due to the fact that you wanted one company to mow the lawn and handle the fertilizer and pest control treatment. However, we do not provide mowing services. Thank you for allowing us to serve you for five years."

We tried both Tru Green and Scotts, but weren't satisfied with the results. They just couldn't get rid of the weeds. Green Land came in and not only got rid of all the weeds, but the grass has the really healthy dark green color we've been looking for. We're extremely happy with the results we've gotten from Green Land Pest Control and highly recommend them.

We've used Green Land for over a year now and have the best lawn in the neighborhood. It's owner operator which we love. We've used previous companies and had to replace sections of the lawn twice because of incompetence. Don't make the mistake we did, call Green Land and your lawn will thrive!

Thus far Greenland Pest Control has been great. He calls me promptly to let me know when he will be passing by as I have a dog in the backyard. No issues with his service at all. I went with him after having issues with a previous provider. I appreciate his promptness and fair price for his service.

Gene is always prompt, professional and knowledgeable about all horticulture. He knows all the lawn diseases and how to treat them. If ever there is an issue that crops up with my lawn in between my scheduled services (RARE), Gene can be counted on to come by and attack the issue at no charge. He is very responsive that way. He always returns calls, which is very important to a customer, and that demonstrates his character and his respect for his customers. Also, he is fair, courteous and honest.
I feel very fortunate to have Gene as my lawn fertilizer professional because he is so proficient at what he does. His social skills are exceptional and he is an exceptional human being with exceptional skill at his chosen profession.

We have had 2 treatments but since the last treatment our grass has really greened up and looks a lot better. Even got a compliment from one of our neighbors.

He is very professional and checks our soil to see if the pH is adequate. He adds lime on occasion when needed which is an additional $20 fee. We only get the lawn treatment as I did not want the trees, shrubs or flower beds treated.

Gene is a pleasant guy who is punctual and does a nice job maintaining the lawn. I just had a large stone patio put in the back yard. I came home tonight to find an orange spray all over the perimeter of the patio. It took 2.5 hours of me and my wife scrubbing the chemical off of the patio. The employee who sprayed the lawn chemicals this morning was obviously careless. I terminated the services.

"We apologize for this action of our employee. I, Gene Sannuto, the owner, was not informed by this employee that some over spray accidentally went on your patio. Otherwise I would have insisted on getting it cleaned. I attempted to contact you to compensate for the inconvenience, however, I did not receive a response. This employee is no longer with our company."

Gene is punctual and he always comes at the appointed times to perform the scheduled lawn care. the lawn, including putting in some much needed new sod, looks really nice.

Had installed new sod about 3 months earlier and was starting to have some weed issues. Service provider has been spraying now for 3 months and most of the weeds are gone and the lawn looks very healthy. Service provider leaves notes on the bill letting me know when there are potential problem areas requiring fixes such as a sprinkler adjustment.
What was once a yard with 80% weeds before re-sodding and was starting to take a turn for the worse is now one of the envies of the neighborhood.

We have had 3 or 4 different people/companies maintaining our lawn in the 5 years that we live here. There have always been some problems and not perfect work. Then we hired Gene of Green Land about a year ago. Our lawn has never looked better and we find his prices reasonable. He is very dependable and does a great job. His charge is approximately $120/month for weeding, seeding, feeding along with cutting and edging.
