Upon returning to Florida, I voiced a complaint. The woman at Grand Designs appeared genuinely upset and promised to look into it. She sent a basket of flowers to our house as an apology. I later received a call from Grand Designs stating that the florist in Texas did not have enough white flowers so they substituted a smaller cross, 24", they stated but it was not even that large. They also stated that they would put an arrangement on our son's grave at Christmas to make up for it. We would have no way of knowing if they did or not.
At no time were we contacted or informed that a lesser arrangement would be substituted for our order. This transaction was totally unacceptable. How many times do you bury your only son.
