Excellent. If you've never been here and are mulling it over, don't hesitate! I've been a customer for years. They've repaired 3 different cars for me over these years--A Buick Century, a Subaru Legacy, and a Toyota Prius. The previous owner sold the business a little while back to Tyler, who was a mechanic with him for 10 years, and he has continued in the trustworthy, honest, and reasonable tradition of the previous owner. Angela runs the office with efficiency, kindness, understanding, and great patience. Thank you, Tyler, Angela, and crew!

Very good. They are family run. I have used them for years. When they tell me that something needs to be done, I can believe that it is true.

The job involves a lot of work and is not cheap. I got several estimates before deciding on Grand. They quoted a reasonable price and I felt confident that the work would be done correctly. The people at Grand repaired my vehicle in a timely manner and the oil leak is gone. I would use them again for future repairs.

I was pleased with the service I received. I took the car in without an appointment. They got on it right away and called me with the estimated cost to repair. While repairing the brake system, they discovered another problem with the system. While all this was happening, my daily driver developed a major brake problem. They were able to get it in and repaired while I waited for it. Three days later they had my other car repaired. I am so happy that I was able to find a mechanic shop that is courteous, prompt and reasonably priced. I will, definitely, be taking my vehicles there for the repairs I can't do myself.

I called to make an appointment to bring our car in due to an odd AC problem.  They (Theresa) squeezed me in that afternoon and when I got there they looked at the car almost right away.  Turned out to be a loose connection in the dash.  Wow.  I couldn't be happier.  I don't know if I was happier about the simple fix or the fact that they were so honest about it.  Thanks Grand Auto Care!  We've had other work done there in the past and was happy then as well. I'll definitely bring my vehicles there again.

Easily one of the best experiences I've ever had with car repair. I had originally intended on doing the job myself, but ran out of time. The front desk was very polite and gave us an estimate of the charges right away over the phone (several other shops insisted we needed to bring the vehicle in prior to getting an estimate) and had no problem using the oil pan I already purchased. The shop was dead on with the price as well as the time to complete the service. We scheduled for a Monday and the job was completed on time and I paid almost exactly what they estimated the cost would be.
There was a leak the evening after the job was complete, so we called the next morning and once again the front desk was very helpful. They asked us to bring the car back with a sample of whatever was leaking. They took the car right in to look at the problem. Turned out the plug that came with the pan was not the right size, they replaced the plug at no additional cost.
The shop was very nice to my mom and didn't hassle her about any additional services whatsoever. Highly highly recommend.

They're nice and friendly and the guys are real quick. They explained everything to me.
