Outstanding work! Service rep (actually the company Field Manager) quite knowledgeable and diagnosed problem quickly & adjusted Genie's sensitivity switch settings, to resolve problem.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS JUST FINE. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY WILL ALSO HANDLE ANY REPAIRS FOR THE LIFE OF THE OPENER, FOR FREE.
