I called Mike based on reading reviews, I wasn't disappointed! Mike showed up on time to walk through what I wanted done for an investment house. Mike left me with a good impression as he asked questions and he even TOOK NOTES( never had a contractor or tradesman ever write anything down)! Mike had Chuck and Theo show up on time and on schedule. Everything was completed quickly and with excellent results. Mike and his guys really know their stuff. Very professional and fair estimates/pricing. I will use them again I would recommend Fox Electric to anyone who wants a job well done!!! Steve K.

I am very happy with the team from Fox Electric. The installers, Chuck and Jason were very personable and efficient with their time. They installed five fans....four that were replacing older fans and one for a new location. I have used Fox Electric before and highly recommend their services to others.

Mike and his team are awesome and did a great job on our electric box, new outlets and bathroom fan.

I just bought a house in Eastlake Woodlands and needed to do various repairs found during the home inspection. I could not have asked for more. Mike was super quick to respond initially, and followed up with a quote in writing and we scheduled the work for ~2 weeks later. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating and priced competitively. The work was done on time and he provided an invoice with pictures of all the work done so I can easily attach for the updated inspection report. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Because of the good reviews on Angie's List, we decided to go with Fox Electrical Services. It was not an emergency, so we scheduled about 2 weeks out. To our delight, Fox called us and was able to come a week earlier. Yay! Two electricians showed up exactly on time, went to work quickly, and completed all our requests in just about an hour. They were delightful, answered all my questions and demonstrated what had gone wrong with the GFI circuit. They had the parts they needed with them, and so were able to replace all the outlets that had gone wrong. We are so happy we chose Fox. We anticipate using them for planned upgrades as we get our home ready for sale in the next year or so. We are senior citizens, and not 'handy,' so it's great to know there is an honest, prompt, reliable company that can do these things for us.

They were knowledgeable, professional, impeccable, quick, didn't leave a mess and were very reasonable. They offered suggestions for hanging the items to ensure the job was done correctly and what the customer wanted. We have used others in the past, but these are the best ever! Will definitely use them again and will refer Fox Electric to others. Great job!

Perfect in every way and absolutely no issues

I was very impressed with them from start to finish. They quoted a price to me over the phone and stuck to it-- no surprises. We had some questionable work done by a handyman a few years ago, and the Fox electricians fixed it. They also installed several "smart home" wifi light switches and everything works perfectly. We have some additional work planned and I absolutely plan to use them again.

Excellent service ... crew most professional and personable. They provided a no-cost estimate which was less than expected. They replaced bathroom heat lights with exhaust fans in our two bathrooms. Would absolutely use again and recommend.

Everything went quite well. They arrived on time, completed the job quickly and cleaned up the work area after the job was completed. The electricians were very pleasant and polite. In addition, and perhaps more importantly, pricing for the job was fair and reasonable. We would definitely use Fox Electric again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

It's been a while ago that this was done. I thought my review had been posted a long time ago. Mike Fox and his co worker were absolutely terrific. I can't sing their praises enough. Honest and very professional. I interviewed 4 other companies prior to finding Mike. Unlike the others, Mike provided a written estimate and kept all the agreements we had made prior to the work. He arrived on the agreed upon date and time and completed the work in an expeditiously. I wish I had more work for him to do as it was such a pleasure doing business w him.

It went excellent. Mike was professional, helpful, cleaned up and is just a really nice guy. I will be using him again and recommending him to family and friends. I am very pleased.

Everything went perfectly. I contacted them on a late Monday morning and got a return call by lunch time. Mike came out the next day. I had mentioned the GFI outlet kept tripping and thought it was due to the gap of the outside outlet. He checked it out and found a small dead frog that might have caused it. Replaced the outside outlet with a new one, sealed the gap, and replaced the GFI outlet in the garage for a few extra bucks more than the service call. The GFI hasn't tripped since! I'll definitely use them again.

Better than expected. The team was on time, courteous, and efficient. I was quite impressed.

Very well. Louis was excellent at his craft. Explained everything that needed to be done and went about his business. Between Louis and the men from Duke Energy we were very happy with the end results.

Was very happy with the fast efficient service from Mike, Came the same day I spoke with him and feel the price was more than reasonable. Will surely use again if the need arises.

Since there last visit the problem has not returned. It's been about 3 weeks now. Not sure about the date of the last visit. Only charged for the first visit.

Mike was awesome. Showed up and diagnosed the problem and fixed in perfectly. Also fixed a broken spot light can. Will be using Mike for any further electrical work and would highly recommend.

Wonderfully. As soon as panels were replaced, all outlets were working. The only company that even looked at the service coming into the house. Others tried to oversell, but Fox explained you would never get more than what was coming in to the house. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with their service. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing. He actually tried to give us instructions to reset before coming over. That did not work and he immediately came by and replaced remote. Very reasonable. He is officially our go to Electrician. Rose
