+ -1 moreFlorida Stairlifts arrived on time for the installation of the stairlift. The installation was completed in a timely manner (within that day). The unit worked beautifully. I've since called Florida Stairlifts with a question, and they responded and answered my concern promptly; in fact, they made a service call that day to fully investigate my concern - Super!
Description of Work: Florida Stairlifts was a godsend in that they installed a new outdoor stairlift with minimum notice on my part. As I had been previously shopping around for a stairlift, I found a used stairlift from a private owner - upon my telling Jon (the owner of Florida Stairlifts), he stated "I don't blame you for going with a private purchase, it sounds as if you found a great deal - you need to do what is best for you and your family." He did not try to dissuade, or pressure me from buying what I thought was a great deal. When the deal from the private owner did not work out, I called Florida Stairlifts and made an appointment for them to come out to my property and review what I needed/wanted. Jon was on time, courteous and knowledgable; again he did not exhibit pressure tactics. He inquired as to what I intended the stairlift to be used for, and made suggestions and recommendations as to which product would suit me. I was well impressed with Florida Stairlifts.
