We have been using this company for about 5 years now. We have been very happy with their service and professionalism. Would recommend them highly. We were having problems with our water softener which we have had for about 10 years now. It was time to replace the resin in the tank. We had already had a new timer installed last year so it was worth replacing the resin bed instead of buying a whole new system. We were very happy to hear this so we should be good for quite a few more years with this softener. Thank you Bruce!!!!!

Great experience!!! We stopped into the office and were lucky that Bruce was there getting some materials. Though he was preparing to leave, he was kind enough to answer all of our questions and explain some of the workings that were confusing us. When we asked if he could come by sometime to check our home out and give us an estimate, he said he would be by that very afternoon! He came by, looked at everything, made a few suggestions and then told us what we could expect. He gave us an estimate and made an appointment to come by that following Monday. He was there on time and installed our system. We could not ask for a better company!!! He was very knowledgeable of his product and answered every single question we had. He took time to show us how to operate the system and how and when to contact him if we needed anything at all. We are SO PLEASED that we had the lucky happenstance to be at his place at the right time! Thank you Bruce and First Choice!!!! We will recommend you to everyone that mentions water treatment!

They were really great. I did not have any problems even though the parts he used were, in fact, used. The used parts are better than the new ones. Everything was excellent from their service to their price.
