Ed came and gave me a very competitive estimate which included removing the wall paper. His price was not the cheapest, but it was not the most expensive either, however, Ed took the time to explain to me everything he would be doing. My place is old and needed a lot of repair work to fill in holes and cracks. Ed arrived on time as scheduled, and began working immediately. The entire house was encased in plastic. The project took 5 days and I could not be happier with the results!! I know Ed threw in a few extras for me because he is just that kind of a guy. I would not hesitate to recommend Ed - in fact, I have already recommended him to my sister and she is having Ed paint her place in a couple of weeks.

We had our white concrete tile roof pressure washed 3 weeks ago. We had a couple of other estimates provided by others that were comparable and chose Ed because he had done other work well for us in the past. First they applied a light film of chlorine mix on the outside of the exterior of the house and then pressure washed the roof. Then they rinsed the exterior. The last thing they did was apply a light chlorine mix to the roof tiles that would wash off during the next rain. After that next rain the roof was white again and the house looked great. They used the proper mix of chorine because none of my landscaping was affected by the cleaning. They were professional and punctual.

Ed was very informative and a pleasure to deal with even when it took four coats of orange paint to cover the kitchen walls.
