Eco Green Roof Clean & Pressure Washing, LLC

I met with them in the house before the service was done. We walked through the property and they shared with me how they got their own proprietary patented mix of roof cleaning materials and they warranted it for 2 years. I have not had to call them back yet, but it has only been a few weeks. I will evaluate how they stand by their warranty. I wasn't here when they did it but they did cover the plants. They were very quick in coming back. It was a matter of a couple of days between the estimate and the service. They came when they said they would. The guy that came originally was very straightforward.

Excellent service.  I requested a quote via email.  Gary got back to me quickly explaining the various ways he had to clean our roof.   We sent numerous emails back and forth until we settled on the most eco friendly cleaning.  I had estimates from other roof cleaning businesses, but they all used bleach, even those that said they were eco friendly.Gary and Ed arrived on time and spent the entire day cleaning the roof.  the oxygen cleaner takes longer, but there was no smell and the plants weren't harmed.  The roof looks wonderful.Highly recommended.

i EM'ED THEM TELLING THEM WHAT i NEEDED AND ASKED THEM IF THEY CAME TO MY AREA.  They answed right away and said they would call the following week.  Gary did not call like he said, but we had some really bad weather and I could understand.  He made another appt with me for Sat. a.m.  He never showed up or called.  I sent him a em replying to his with the time he was suppose to be here and said "I guess you didn't say what Sat."  He has not tried to contact me to say sorry or anything.  I feel If this is the way he runs his business, Then he will not be in business very long.

WOW! What a great find this contractor was! Gary Smith, the owner of ECO-GREEN is what a good contractor is all about. From start to finish it was a very good experience. I was looking at Angie's List trying to find an environmentally-friendly roof cleaner who did an estimate for me 5-6 years ago. (I didn't use him back then but wish I had since the company I did use, Apple Roof Cleaning, killed a good amount of my landscaping with their super-clorine.) The name of the company started with an "E". I didn't find who I was looking for but found ECO-GREEN and thought by the name they might use products that are safe around plants. Although they did not have any reports yet I checked out their website. Being a techy I could tell their website was a work in progress but they did have links to their YouTube videos. After watching the videos I figured what the heck, I'll have them come out and give me an estimate. This is where the positive experience began. Gary Smith arrived on time and left after making a very good first impression. He emailed me a professional looking estimate that evening and I thought it would be foolish not to except his proposal based on the amount of work he was going to do for such a reasonable price. He and a co-worker showed up on the agreed date and worked hard all day to complete the job. All the work that was done was performed at the highest level - you can tell that Gary takes extreme pride in the work that he does. Also, the bio-gel that Gary spent a year developing along with his uncle who is a chemist is pretty cool stuff. Gary will explain it to you if you want to know about it. All I know is it works great and it didn't kill any plants or stink up my neighborhood. My guess is Gary will become pretty wealthy once he starts selling his gel to other cleaning businesses or mass markets it to the general public. It can be very difficult to find good contractors, that is why I joined Angie's List. And if you Google the term "Good Contractor" a picture of Gary should pop up. This is one contractor I look forward to referring to friends and neighbors.
