Ben was prompt, professional and courteous. Did a complete retro-fit of the control panel on my old Gulf Coast Spa at a reasonable price. I learned more about Hot Tubs from him in 3 hours than I have learned in the over 20 years of owning one. He will definitely my go to person for all my spa needs in the future.

Ben , the owner of Dutchcraft Spa Sevices was spot on for the entire process until the end. I have an older tub that has panels that needed to be taken off in order to work on the tub. When I returned from work the day he completed his task I noticed that the panels were not installed properly and shot him a pic and said that this wasn’t how he found the tub. He said, ahh the tub is old. Well it took me ten minutes to take the panels he installed off and install them properly. He simply had the sequence wrong, but he didn’t take the time to figure it out. Tech aspect was great but the lack of respect for the personal property he is working on is definitely something to be desired. Mark

Ben was here when he said he would be. Totally professional. Explained what we could do in the short term to fix it, and what might need to be done later. Price was more than fair, and he took care of the leaks and the part letting air into the pump. Works beautifully. Would not consider using anyone else to service my swim spa.

Ben was the best and the ONLY spa repair company that even cared to give me a quote to fix my in ground spa control panel and the above ground spa pump motor. Even if others had quoted, I still would have used Ben. He was as professional as anyone could be, super responsive, honest and efficient. Our spa was a former above ground spa made by Leisure Bay and only one of four push buttons, which use air to turn on jets and bubbles, was working. He first blew out the air lines which had moisture build up, then test each line to see if it was the push button or the sensors at the control equipment. He could have easily told me it was the sensors which would cost more, but it was the buttons themselves. Since this was a 1990's spa, the control panel could no longer be found. He custom made one for us and it works perfect. Very pleased with the new super quiet motor too. Highly recommend Ben! Note the photos shows the OLD push button panel that he replaced with a custom made panel.

He is an extraordinarily decent human being. In addition to the fact that he has always fixed the hot tub perfectly, I always get the feeling that I am being dealt with very fairly. He will never take advantage of me with the price. He is very prompt. I have never had to wait more than a day for an appointment.

They are always prompt and courteous. I could never say a bad thing about these people. The father and son are gentlemen.
