"Sir, as i discussed with you over the phone immediately after job completion, i apologize my team didnt place the patio furniture in a more convenient place for you. You were at work and not home at any point during the process until after the team completed the job. There was never an indication of where you would have preferred the furniture to go. As for the rug liners that blew off the table and landed in water, it was very windy yesterday as a rain storm rolled in during as well as shortly after the project. Moving forward - we will ensure we make every attempt to ask home owners a preference for where they would like the furniture to be placed after we remove the contents. As far as the mud around the perimeter of your pool cage, we used probably around a thousand gallons of water on your large project, in addition to it raining while the team was working on your pool deck. The water ran out side of the cage and saturated the ground. I assure you - the ground will soak up the water just like it does after a rain. If there is any desired resolution you would like to help make your experience a little better, even a refund on the $100 furniture removal fee you paid for all of your contents and the man hours it took to remove it all, let me known and i will be happy to facilitate you with what ever I can do."
