I was not home when the roofer arrived but he called me and I told him I would not be home for another 1 hour 45 minutes but he waited for me. He was very professional and fixed my problem immediately. I have had a heavy rain and no leak in my craft room. I would recommend this company very highly. They are very responsive and professional.
