I called and left a voice mail message describing my needs. They never returned my call.

This was the third time that I used this company. The first job, screening in the front porch, was done so professionally that I had no reservations about using them again. The second job was replacing gutters and downspouts on the rear of our house. On this job, I called for an estimate which was provided in a timely manner. Material to be used was described and shown to me at that time. A quote was promised within a couple of days. When I received the quote, included were professional drawings of how the finished job would look. The drawings were very accurate. The quote was professionally written with references to applicable building codes and permitting. The workmen arrived when expected and continued on the job until finished. This company is flawlessly honest and reputable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

PROJECT WAS ACTUALLY COMPLETED EARLIER THAN PROMISED. CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN TWO HOURS, QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT AND CLEANUP WAS EVEN BETTER.

A GENTLEMAN CAME AHEAD OF TIME FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. BECAUSE THE DAMAGE HAD BEEN CAUSED BY MY DOGS LEANING ON THE SCREEN, HE SUGGESTED A STRONGER MATERIAL THAT WOULD BE DOG PROOF. I ASKED FOR A SAMPLE OF THE MATERIAL WHICH WAS SENT TO ME, BY EMAIL, A FEW DAYS LATER. THEY TOOK A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO FINALLY COME AND DO THE WORK, BUT THEY HAD ALREADY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE THAT MUCH TIME; AS THEY WERE BEHIND ON THEIR WORK, DUE TO SOME RAINY DAYS. THEY CALLED 1 DAY IN ADVANCE TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE COMING. THEY CAME DURING THE DAY, DID THE WORK AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. THE SCREEN LOOKS GREAT AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
