They give their customers a 5 year warranty. The warranty is for the plants and they do a lot of stuff to make sure your plants are ok. I plan on using them to do the work! They don't use a regular pressure washer. They use a lower pressure that doesn't use that much force. That eliminates the breakup of the tiles for instance on our roof. That is a plus!

Update12/8/2011: After the work was done, one of our trees died and would not respond to our phone calls and when we sent a letter, they sent it back. They told us that "they were not like other companies," and that they would replace any plants they killed. He also claims to accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) on their flyer and payment form, but they would not accept credit card payments. Also, our house as 3400 sq ft of living space, and completed the work in two hours. They ran across our tile roof and would not finish the work until I pointed out the things that were missing.

I have used Crown Systems (and Thomas Brackett-President) on numerous occasions for both the roof of my two-story house and the screen and lanai area by the pool.  In every instance, Thomas has exceeded all expectations.  He is punctual, professional, and does an outstanding job cleaning all areas.  His exclusive chemical process with a five-year limited warranty on your roof is the best in the business.  I have a tile roof and it stays clean for year (especially when compared to neighbors who have tried initially to use cheaper cleaners).  They do an excellent job on roofs and screen enclosures and have always been fair on pricing.  

Crown Systems was doing work for a neighbor and we requested a quote. I checked the quote against two other Angie's List top-rated listings. One never responded to a request for a quote. The other was not cost-competitive. Scheduling was a snap, and the technicians arrived on-time and were quite professional. There was some minor, hopefully, damage to some ornamental shrubbery that was not protected. The whole process took about two hours and the end result is quite satisfactory. The neighborhood association "roof police" won't bother me any more.

TOM FOLLOWED UP WITH ME AFTER GIVING ME AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS PLEASANT TO WORK WITH, AND KEPT HIS WORD ON PRICE AND WHAT TIME HE WOULD SHOW UP. HE ALSO MADE SURE THAT ALL OF MY SHRUBS WERE PROTECTED. WE RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.
