We have 2 A/C units, one to cool the upstairs and one to cool the downstairs. The downstairs A/C unit stopped cooling. Larry replaced the capacitor and serviced the A/C system. A few weeks later, the upstairs A/C went out. The capacitor had to be replaced again. It was coincidence that they both went out so close to each other and not something missed by Larry. He was very thorough.

We have always made sure to service our A/C twice a year. Some may think this is a waste of money, but I'm here to tell you that it is not. We have saved ourselves a bunch in the long run and have also extended the life span of the unit. We have full confidence in Larry. He is honest and practical. Our only suggestion is that he needs to set up a schedule where the service is done at the correct time and does not get delayed to a later month. This puts the cycle out of sync. I am sure that he is working on this.
