Kurt Lindeman is the owner. In the world of general contracting I haven't dealt with anyone better. This guy is tops! He is in the process of doing some work for me. We're into about an 8 week and $140,000 project with him. We're at the very end of it and it's looking great! The communication was excellent. They were always, always punctual. If it's not happening he tells you it's not going to happen. If there is a cost overrun you know about it in advance. There were very few surprises and you expect that in a project of this magnitude there are going to be some surprises. It just was handled very, very well. My experience in the past with these people is when the going gets tough you can't get them on the phone but that's not true. He handles everything head on. He has the best people working for him. We've had nothing but top-notch craftsmanship on everything. If he doesn't like it he makes them tear it out, he is very particular. So a really excellent manager and a very, very knowledgeable guy and this is coming from me who has GC license himself. I just do another aspect of the business. I just think he is really tops. We were very fortunate to find him! He is actually going to be bidding one of the neighbors and I've already referred him to one of my own clients.
