This experience started out OK with the listing being put up, and potential buyers coming through. It became apparent over time, though, the relationship between the realtor (Bill Bunting) and my parents was pursued (by the realtor) beyond that of a simple real estate transaction. Some of my brother's personal effects (ie. an automobile, a grand piano) were somehow directed to "associates" of the realtor without any compensation made WHATSOEVER, to my brother's estate. My father had been advised the automobile would have to be "junked" because no valid title could be generated, however, the person who ended up with the vehicle somehow managed to get a title generated. When the realtor was confronted by myself and my siblings regarding these matters, he summarily canceled the listing contract. Whether or not he did anything illegal during this transaction is a matter for the proper authorities to determine, however, there was certainly a strong appearance of impropriety.
