Climate Control Ac & Heating

My air conditioning went out late this sfternoon. I called Brian and his on-call technician was at my home within an hour. Kudos to Derrick to get my air up and running in no time at all! I am grateful and so impressed with this company!

Prompt, courteous and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Brian and his crew have worked on my older AC units on numerous occasions and have always done an amazing job. They come quickly, they don't try to upsell for things you don't need, the price is more than fair and they are polite, clean and fast. We arrived yesterday evening from being out of town to a hot, muggy house. Brian responded to my text right away, even though it was after 8 pm and was at the door the next morning at 9 am. 30 minutes later the AC was running! I told him he is my AC emergency response team :) I am very glad I found him. To the gentleman who complained that Brian didn't "find" all the things other AC companies told him needed repair. I would suggest the other companies were most likely trying to upsell you. This is a very pervasive problem in this industry. I guess it makes us confused when we finally meet an honest AC guy!

They are fabulous. They called me right back and had somebody come out the next morning. Which I thought was unbelievable. They took care of the problem. they in and out in an hour.

EXCELLENT AS ALWAYS - Our air conditioner stopped working at 3pm on a Saturday. I called Brian who was able to have one of his technicians (Mark) out to our house within an hour and a half. The issue turned out not to be that bad. Mark was friendly, honest and professional. He gave us tips on what to do with our air conditioner (it's 10 years old) if something else goes wrong. Brian (owner) is always friendly, helpful and HONEST. I am so happy with their service and will continue to use them going forward. Thank you - John and Joey

Tech was dirty, hands, arms clothing had dirt all over him. Offered to have him wash hands but said no.  Told me only system appeared mismatch (had others already tell me that) No fire shield, slashed collar and wondered if they had permit. That's all he wrote on his report. Missed over 50% of things that previous air conditioner people found. (I was getting different estimates to resolve.)
Bottom line. Don't waste your time or money. He did nothing much but was glad to charge me 75.00 for it.

It just went according to plan. He's come back twice already, when I had a concern and he took care immediately of my concern, and so far so good.

They saved me money on my breaker switch with the electrical panel by finding a replacement instead of having to get a new panel; also they saved me money with both of my units. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again!

They were very punctual and on time. He showed me the part that need to be replaced, and explained everything thoroughly. He was very wonderful in explaining how my unit was set-up, and told me I didnt need to pay alot since my unit was hooked up to different buildings.

The guy was very polite and had two other guys with him to work. They came and installed the new air conditioning unit. They showed me why the water pan and air handler wasn't draining because the whole pipe was clogged at the bottom and it wasn't cleaned out. They were on time and everything went according to the plan.
