At first I was extremely pleased with the owner's determination to find a creative way in which to install the den fan so it would be safe and the sconces that fit between each mirror panel.. He was careful and thorough. He also made his own make-shift attachment for the LR ceiling fan with light kit. He completed the job and got paid in full. I called him back several month's later to do some more work. He came, made an itemized list, and dropped off an estimate. Now is where the problem begins: First, he has never answered his voicemail messages from me. I have left between 5 to 8 messages...all unanswered. Is he alive? Has he changed his mind and no longer wants the job? Short of not being alive, it is unprofessional to not return my phone calls--even if he is too busy currently to take on the job. I'd like a phone call with an explanation. Also, he needs to modify two items: the den ceiling fan, for which he not ask me before he finalized his installation--whether the height was too high or too low; it blocks the wall TV. And now he wants to charge me again for the installation. Secondly, he did not center the DR fan as requested. He now wants to charge me the FULL price to move it over. I don't think that's fair. If he can return my calls, make the two modifications at a fair price, and complete the second itemized list, I would give him an A RATING for "quality". The very least he can do is call me.
Description of Work: Installed ceiling fans with and without light kits; eyeball ceiling lights; wired and installed wall TV. with cable; installed sconces which which required wiring from the attic and down into wall where lighting would be attached.
