"This issue was resolved within days of complaint. Turned out to be water spots on tile and was taken care of."
"The address given and on the paper work was incorrect. We made several attempts to contact customer through the call center and were unsuccessful. After waiting 45 minutes at the wrong address we left. When we finally made contact, the customer called my general manager an idiot and that was the end of the conversation on our end. We would have been more than happy to perform work for the customer but will not expect to be talked to in that fashion for a simple mix up with the address."
"JOB STARTED LATE DUE TO CUSTOMER FAILING TO TELL US THAT THE WOOD THEY PURCHASED WAS SPECIAL ORDER AND WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION. WE REARRANGED OUR SCHEDULE OVER A HOLIDAY WEEKEND TO ACCOMMODATE THE MEMBERS. THERE WAS NO REASON FOR A MOTEL STAY BESIDES A PLANNED FAMILY VACATION BECAUSE INSTALLATION WASN'T STARTED UNTIL THE FLOORING CAME IN. WHEN FLOORING STARTED TO BUCKLE IMMEDIATE ACTION WAS TAKEN AND A FLOORING INSPECTION WAS ORDERED FROM AN OUTSIDE INSPECTOR. AS SOON AS THE FLOORING INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED, THE FLOORS WERE REMOVED THE NEXT DAY AND THE MEMBER'S HOUSE WAS BROUGHT BACK TO THE CONDITION IT WAS BEFORE FLOORING WAS INSTALLED. THE INSPECTION REPORT CAME BACK AS A SITE RELATED ISSUE WITH NO FAULT DUE TO INSTALLATION. OUT OF GOOD FAITH, A FULL REIMBURSEMENT OF LABOR, MATERIALS AND EXTRA COMPENSATION WAS GIVEN TO THE MEMBERS. I FEEL CERAMIC CREATIONS, INC WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS TO ACCOMMODATE THE MEMBERS."
"UPON COMPLETION OF THE JOB, A SATISFACTION FORM WAS SIGNED AND BALANCE WAS PAID. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF ANY HIGH TILES. WHEN CALLED ABOUT "SEWER GAS" ODOR I CAME OUT TO INSPECT THE TOILET AND FOUND IT WAS PROPERLY INSTALLED. TO ELIMINATE THE ODOR I SIMPLY FLUSHED THE TOILET. AT THIS TIME THERE WAS STILL NO MENTION OF HIGH TILES. WHEN HOMEOWNER MENTIONED SCRATCHES ON WALLS I OFFERED TO TOUCH UP THE AREAS WITH PAINT BUT WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT AND THAT IT WAS ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF. NO MENTION OF "DIRT" WAS EVER MADE OTHERWISE THE ISSUE WOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED AT THAT TIME. I MUST ADD THAT WE REMOVED 350 FEET OF CERAMIC TILE FROM THE HOME BEFORE INSTALLATION SO SOME DIRT SHOULD BE EXPECTED. I OFFER A 1-YEAR WARRANTY ON MY COMPANY'S WORK. IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM, A SIMPLE PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE RECTIFIED IT."
