C.A.R.I SERVICE STAR

We first contacted Doug BECAUSE he is owner operated.  We have had many, many lawn services in the past with little satisfaction.  Doug/Cari Service Star IS THE EXCEPTION!  He met with us before taking the job.  Walked every single inch of the yard and clarified exactly what was expected of his services.  We have a very diverse landscape and he meets the special needs of all corners of it.  When there is a special need or change in what we ask he is quick to meet the requirement.  The lawn always looks extremely well manicured and we receive many complements on our beautiful yard and it's all thanks to him!  He shows up as scheduled unless there is a rain delay and if that does happen he is always sending a text to let us know when to expect him outside of the scheduled times. 
Doug has been taking care of our yard for over a year now.  He is a rare find in his field of expertise.  My better half is EXTREMELY hard to please when it comes to his yard and he actually recommends Doug to EVERYONE!  That has never happened before.  We will use Doug as long as he will have us.  We are lucky to be able to count on him.
One last note, we had a small grove of banana trees that we were desperate to get rid of.  NOTHING and I mean NOTHING worked.  Week after week after week he kept trying something else.  We were hopeless and thought we would always have to clean up these messy trees.  Nope.  Not any more.  Doug figured it out and solved the eye sore.  That alone is reason to hire him!  He doesn't give up and that is hard to find now a days!
