BEST CARE ANIMAL HOSPITAL

We moved to this area and chose this veterinarian office due to other positive reviews. Well, they were correct. From the beginning, they took great care of our then 13 year old Aussie. All the routine care went fine, but they really showed their true colors this last weekend. Our Holly got very ill overnight on Friday and when I called first thing Saturday morning they immediately worked her in. From the moment we arrived at the office they were wonderful and attentive. They realized immediately how ill she was and gave her priority attention. The doctor and technician were so kind and caring but were also very upfront with us on the severity of the situation and did not try to talk us into lots of tests that wouldn't have changed the final outcome. Sadly, we were forced to make the most difficult decision to let her go and through that whole process whey were so supportive and made a agonizing time as smooth as possible. Later that day, our grandson called them and asked for a paw print. When he arrived to pick it up, they had it ready along with a little packet of her fur. Then to top it off, today they delivered a red rose to our home with a sympathy card. I was absolutely blown away with the thoughtfulness.

We love Dr. Elliot and Dr. Channing is good also. They're really good with small dogs. They let me know what they're prone to. They don't make you wait days or weeks to be seen, they see you right away. They take a lot of time with you and I ask a lot of questions which they answer.

My pet had been limping for a week or so. They got me in fast and fully explained what was wrong and what I could do being on a fixed income. Pleasant and professional. Surgery is very expensive though and over 2k to fix a ligament.

First, I've used Best Care Animal Hospital for 11 years. They were the primary care provider for my dog. I also used their boarding services over the years. Dr. Elliott and Dr. Channell are great. They spend as much time as needed, to explain things and answer any questions a person might have. They are very "hands on" with the patients. The staff is friendly and helpful. All in all, a very good relationship with a great staff of caring people.

I can't say enough about our new experience with Best Care Anima Hospital!, Dr. Elliott, Anna (Tech), Ashley (receptionist) and so many more that helped me and my two rescue dogs today.  It was our first visit....and fate would have it...one of my dogs had a grand mal Seizure in the hospital parking lot.  At least seven staff responded to assist.  Anna was so supportive and informative and Dr. Elliott was just as supportive, caring and listened to my concerns.  I am SOOOO glad we found Best Care Animal Hospital!

They are excellent.  My last visit was very expensive because I had to buy a bunch of stuff and plus her test.  She needed her heartworm pills, got groomed and saw the vet. They’re really caring and are really there for the animals.

I love Dr. Eliot. He's very good to the animals and he's very calm. He talks with you not like he is in a hurry.

The experience was great start to finish. Best Care will be our new vet.

They are my regular vet. I keep going back there because they know what they are doing and they are fair in price, treatment, and everything else.

They are very good at what they do and reasonable on their price. They are very accommodating and there when you need them. They are all nice and care about my pet.

I stayed with them for a long time even when my other vet passed away and they came under new ownership. They have saved my dog's life and I am very satisfied. They are just great! Very nice and caring from the techs to the vets.
