Scott is very reliable, arrives the same day every week, returns calls right away, uses well-maintained equipment and does a superior job on our property. Our yard is large and sloped and not the easiest property to maintain and he does a very nice job. Very glad we found him and will continue to use and recommend him. Price listed above is per month.

 + 1 moreI had this company to completely redo my lawn. They had to remove some trees and mulch to replace it with actual lawn. There were some flower beds that needed attention, and some of my trees needed trimming. They do such a great job, everything has to be right with these guys. Even if you like it, but they don't they will redo on their own. They're very particular, which is good, and does excellent. One minor thing is, they're very busy and might be hard to reach. Otherwise, they're always professional and always on time.
Description of Work: This company does my landscaping, and recently completely refurbished my lawn.

Description of Work: Scott is just terrific! I am so glad I found him. When I first contacted him, he came over when he said he would. He needed to modify my gate to get his lawn mower in, which he did, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. He comes every week, rain or shine. My yard looks terrificj! He edges, trims, and even clipped a couple of my shrubs that needed it. I couldn't be more pleased with his service.  + -1 moreHe's great and he's right on time. He gets in here and gets the job done, and then he gets out. He'll do extra stuff if you want him to. I think his charges are pretty reasonable. We have a huge yard and he charges just $125 a month, and he comes out four times. That's really good. I liked everything about what he did and I don't think that there's anything he could have done differently. We will use his services again in the future.

 + -1 moreWhen we contacted Scott he came out when he said he would. After using them one time we decided to use them on a weekly basis. He shows up like clockwork and I am always very pleased with what they do. We have one gate that has to have a small clip in the bottom of it due to a gap that my small dogs can get out of. He has never forgotten to replace it. this means alot to me as this is the first area they run to when I let them out! The price of his services does fluctuate depending on what I have him do that is extra. I am very pleaded with him and would recommend him highly.

 + 2 moreScott is a perfectionist and continues to cut our lawn. He does such a nice job that our new neighbor's just hired him to cut their lawn also.
Description of Work: We needed to have some lawn replaced and our landscaping redone. Our HOA was kind enough to send us a note. Scott Belair was recomended to us from a friend. Scott replaced the portion of the lawn as requested by the HOA and relandscaped the beds. He spent quite a long time with my wife to see exactly what she was looking for. He also was not afraid to make suggestions, which we appreciated, (we have only lived in Tampa 2 years). The work included removing some plants and trees, moving a few palm trees and planting the beds with almost all new plants. The HOA was so pleased with Scott's work we were awarded the 'House of the Quarter'. Neighbors have told us they lived in the subdivision for years and have spent $$$ and have never even received a not from the HOA. When we first moved in we spent over $2,500 with another contractor and the HOA did not notice at all.
