Mark Hamm of Bayside General Contractors arrived as scheduled on April 25th. He presented himself as a very polite, well informed individual. When he told me that he could do a wind mitigation and roof inspection as well as issue a certification for my roof for $100.00, I hired him immmediately. He examined the roofing shingles carefully, and took pictures of them. Then he went into the attic to examine how the sheathing was nailed down, the frequency of the nailing of the shingles, and inspected the concrete block walls to find that they have steel reinforcement. He took pictures in the attic to verify his findings. When he came down, he advised me of his findings, and asked for the name of my insurance carrier so he could email a copy of his findings to them (he also copied me). In all that, there was not so much as a speck of dust left behind by this truly professional gentleman. Sincerely, John M. Price
