About us

We are a full service commercial, residential and industrial locksmith. We can handle everything from simple re-keying and deadbolt installations to access control systems. We are limited to what we can do with automotive locksmithing but we are always able to find someone reliable to assist in that area. We take great pride in education and staying current with new products and techniques. We have a shop for you to visit and check out our safes in the showroom. There are three technicians that can handle almost anything you throw at them. Payments are made at the time services are completed unless otherwise negotiated. If an Angies List customer calls and schedules and completes work, we will give them 10% off their total bill.

I was very pleased with all. The lock was repaired and all is fine now. The price was very competitive. I was pleased with the professionalism on the phone and in person. I was given the option of bring the lock to them and saving more but decided to have them come to me. My time and distance aka car expense.

I went well. We were told in advance to select our hardware, (as this type is not carried by the locksmith). We got ours- a Quikset from Home Depot. The next day James came early- having called ahead, and worked hard to position the new hardware as much as he could over the footprint of the old one. Then he vacuumed up the sawdust and cleaned up. He was knowledgible and gave us good advice about doors.

The service person James came on time, was polite, professional.  He got to work quickly and performed the task with efficiency.  From the initial call to Dana in the office to the completion of the job everything went smoothly.  We have used Aro Lock and Key in the past and will definitely use their services in the future.

I needed to combine two door lock sets I had bought, to make a handle on the inside and a knob on the outside. Kwikset said by email that it wouldn't work, but Aro was able to make it work. I figured I could only get this fixed from a locksmith with a lot of experience, and a vast supply of spare parts; and this is what Aro provided. The locksmith looked at the problem, and kept going back to find parts until he was able to make it work. It's nice to find someone who has a lot of experience.

I am a tough customer and this company was great. They were responsive. Returned my calls. Found information I was asking for to assist me in making a decision. The came changed rekeyed my door and left. The were professional and reasonable. I would recommend them anytime

They were wonderful.  They are very good and they can do almost anything.  They re-keyed locks for me.  The most recent job they did was that they re-keyed locks for me and I spent $42 on that.  They are the only ones in area that can re-key locks.  The second time they when I put another lock on, they re-keyed it and made extra keys for me.  I like them because nobody can re-key a lock without a key and that is very important.  I use them again.

I have a dead bolt lock requiring a key to open it on each side of the door. It was installed about three years ago and neither side ever worked properly. The key would stick and it finally would no longer open the door at all on either side. He took the lock out and took it apart, spending at least ten minutes on it. It now works perfectly as the lock should have in the very beginning. I was very pleased with the job that he did for me.

The gentleman was polite and gracious while he talked me through fixing the lock. He explained what and where the problem was and how to fix it while I juggled cell phone, keys, screwdriver, and fat fingers. There is no need to call no others; this is THE locksmith.
