He was very, very good. He beat everybody in the price and just went way above and beyond. He did a four point and a wind mitigation ,which everybody charged more for. I paid $250 and everybody wanted, like, $400, $450 and $375 and they charged extra for the wind mitigation also. His was included. He was really thorough and, like, held the inspection until he got everything fixed to make sure that my insurance, everything would go through. He was really good. I have recommended him to people already. He has the best prices around and he was the most prompt to get back to me; he got back to me immediately. It took about two hours to do the inspection; he was really thorough. He went up to the attic, I mean he went all around the property. He just was really, really thorough. I can't think of anything that he could improve on.
