Adrian has been servicing my pool since Spring 2011. I spoke with him about what our needs were and he thoroughly explained what he felt we needed to maintain the pool. I immediately appreciated his HONESTY and INTEGRITY without trying to upsale maintenace that was uneccessary. After he worked out the details of a customized service for us his price cut our pool maintenance bill in half each month. Adrian is really part of our family with a bonus of helping us with our pool. I am a woman that works out of my home and generally meets with the service people here at our house. I like working with the same people and not having a different work team every week. When people are coming to your home and are around your family it is important to me to know them. Adrian himself comes to service the pool, so everyone including our Labrador, Molly, looks forward to his visit. Adrian is very respectful and takes care as if it were his own. ADRIAN IS AWESOME.
Just another example of what an upstanding person he is and how much he values his customer. I had a hot water heater issue and had called a service man to come out and fix it. He had not even came to see the problem and was already diagnosing the problem to the tune of a hefty price tag. I was talking to Adrian on a day he was at the house and mentioned what they had told my husband. He offered to go in the garage to take a look. He immediately called another professional that he trusted, ordered us a new water heater, and installed it for less than half the other persons quote. You will not find a better person than Adrian. He really recognizes and appreciates his customer loayalty. Give him a try you will not be sorry.
