I am angry at myself for keeping the service as long as we did. We have complained about the technician not treating the whole lawn, and rushing through the job. Missing most of the lawn. Today was the last straw. Lied to us when we called to ask why we were billed for service today when it wasn't rendered. They replied that it was performed on Friday the 13th at 1pm. LIE! We have cameras that operate 24/7. Cameras were reviewed. No one has been here. When we told them that we have cameras, its radio silence. DO NOT HIRE! CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. Side note, we should send them a bill for us treating the lawn ourselves this weekend and the vet bill for fleas on our dog.

The resident got immediate results, but some fiesty specimens started to show up a couple of weeks later. ABC was prompt in following up again & there hasn't been a problem since. We now have them on a quarterly service plan.

We sold the property in early April, 2013, before the end of the contract. Without talking to us, they serviced the location after the new owner had taken possession. I don't know if they talked with the new owner.
I received a bill for service that I never received. When I told them that we were not the owners when that service was performend, I was informed that I had not given them 30 days written notice to discontinue the service. That was the first time that we ever knew that there was a 30 day notice in the contract. We contracted for a year of service. The salesman did not at any time tell us that thre was a notice period of any kind; nor, did the salesman in any way indicate that the service had an automatic renewal provision. If either had been explained to us, we would not have hired them.

David McDaniel is a ghost. :-) I called the company to set up an appointment for a review and estimate for lawn care. Although I was home at the appointed time, I missed him. He left his estimate on my front door so I called back as I wanted to give his company a try. As the service requires that the first treatment be paid in advance or at the time of service David suggested that he could possibly either come back the next day for my check, come back later the same day, or I could leave it and the signed service agreement on the front door, which is what I did. Again, I missed him when he came to pick it up later. The man is quiet! He seems knowledgeable however. ABC did the first service on July 1 so it's a bit early to rate their service. So far I see no difference but my grass seems to be thriving and that's a step in the right direction.
I've had problems in the past with a variety of companies I've hired for my lawn care. I've tried all of the big national companies and a couple of the local companies and been disappointed by them as I watched my lawn become nothing more than a patch of weeds. When I called ABC I had just recently had my front yard re-sodded for the second time in less than 10 years. I just didn't know who to call next for lawn services and was afraid that once again I would lose my lawn. I'm counting on the reviews of ABC submitted by Angie's List members who rated ABC highly. Up until I read the reviews and called ABC I'd kind of lost hope.
When I've had ABC's services for a while I'll check back in again.

They did a thorough job. Their price is a little expensive. After their service, there are still cockroaches coming in. I think they need to come out again, but I do not want to keep calling them. They should be able to do a decent job because I am paying all this money.

My experience with them was good. I just had another provider that came for another service tell me that he also did the inside service for pest control. I think ABC did a great job. I just never saw them to discuss things. I didn't have too many problems though I didn't call them either. For a long time they never came inside. I really didn't need it, but recently I have had a lot more trouble. I just decided I would take a chance. I would use them again in the future.

Call by phone, answered by office personnel; appointment scheduled and kept; estimate given; work done. Easy, friendly, efficient.

They take care of my lawn pretty well.
