A+ Automotive Service are very, very good. I have had horrid experiences with mechanics and another of other people and one of the things I like about this particular shop they were very up front. They were not trying to up sell, took care of what I needed taken care of, and asked me if I wanted them to look at any of the other systems on the car to make sure it was running properly. They are very, very professional. They are a very easy A. They are an A+ all the way around. I will continue to use them.

When I arrived, Herb quoted the price that was in their newspaper ad. He then asked questions about my car (Year/Make/Model/Engine). AFTER my car was on the lift and the old oil was drained, Herb then told me that my car had a 'special filter' and it would cost a additional $5.00! (Herb knew what kind of oil filter my car used when he placed that info in his shop computer BEFORE my car was on his lift)....... He knew that once my car was drained of oil, I had no recourse... but to pay the EXTRA money. I do NOT recommend this business.
