I recently bought a house and had a handful of projects I needed to work with contractors for. Paul and the team at Viridian were by far the best partners through this process. Paul was always responsive and detailed in his explanations and even consulted on the other projects he was not handling. By the end of the renovations, errors were made by our flooring contractor (not Viridian). I elected to have Viridian handle any touch ups and repairs because of my trust in them versus the others I was working with. Pricing was fair and there were basically no surprises along the way. I plan to use Viridian for any future projects that come about.

Under quoted me then up charged every little thing! Never even came to see the finished project and it was HORRIBLE quality. I?m still working on finishing it. Trim not finished or painted, no calking done. So so mad I wasted so much money on this contractor.

Appreciate Viridian taking on my small project. Contractors did excellent work although scheduling them was hit or miss. They were fit in when/if available. Overall the job met expectations and we are happy with the results.

We contracted Paul West and Viridian Builders this summer to complete a significant renovation right after we purchased a home in Sawgrass Players Club in Ponte Vedra Beach. Paul was by far the most professional and responsive contractor we interacted with during the bid process and he maintained that level of professionalism throughout the project. The scope of the project included a complete kitchen renovation, new floors downstairs, removal of popcorn ceilings throughout, re-plumbing the house, substantial electrical work, repainting the downstairs, remodeling the fireplace, and opening up the downstairs by knocking down two major walls. The house was move-in ready within 5 weeks and very close to budget considering complexities that were discovered during the demo process. Paul was always quick to respond to our questions or concerns and he demonstrated the highest level of integrity throughout the project. The sub-contractors Paul recruited for the project were all respectful and polite in our interactions. Lastly, Paul appreciated that we wanted to get the best value for our renovation budget and frequently offered his advice on how to best use our funds recognizing we were on a finite budget. We expect to complete additional renovations on our home in the future and are planning to work with Paul and Viridian Builders once again.

A great Guy to work with, hard worker, dedicated to finish work in time, save for me a lot of money by shopping around , connected to great contractors, if you like your work done wright, he is the one...I will only use him , I would definitely highly recommend him for everyone .

I hired this company to do major renovations to my home at Jax Bch. The owner Paul West and his dedicated contractors were true to their word in the costs, time estimation and excellent workmanship. I would definitely hire them again if needed in the future.
