If you are looking for any pest control needs I would ALWAYS use the Pest Detective.

It went fine. Never talked to the inspector, but did a through job with notes and pictures in his report.

It was fine. They did a good job. They ended up not finding anything. Scheduling was easy and they have excellent response time. The tech showed up on time and went right to work. No complaints.

Joe completed his inspection at the same time that I had the house inspected for all other potential problems. He worked well with the inspector and they actually complemented each others efforts. Joe was detailed in his report and found a number of wood decay problems that the current owner is fixing. He made some recommendations or the method of repairs that should be considered and clearing documented all of the effected areas.

They are quick and responsive. They are reasonable and efficient, I have never had to call them back even though I have that option if I see any pests. I have used them for years and they are excellent.

A thorough investigation was performed which revealed some damage on an historic home we are considering purchasing. We were pleased with the job Joe, the inspector, did and found him personable and knowledgeable. We followed him through the inspection and he showed us all the possible issues first hand while answering the many questions we had.

It is hard for me to compare because I've never used another pest service. I thought they were okay but I haven't seen any meaningful results from what they did. I've been using them for over a year and I haven't seen much of a difference.
