This is the worst company to have an AC installed. No customer service after the fact. They send people that don’t even work for them, contractors that know nothing. I have had nothing but issues having a 5k ac installed less than five months ago. Go somewhere else is what I recommend. The receptionist is all about spreading how bad company is and how many problems they are having, Rude and doesn’t care about customers.

Installed improperly kink in suction line underneath unit capacitor went out don't want to fix things that are wrong with unit unless I pay them $650 when I'm supposed to have a 10 year warranty this unit was installed improperly 2015 then in 2018 with Florida homes found out the unit was installed and properly they had their Tech come out he found the kink in the suction line underneath the AC unit he even States and properly installed and they have done nothing since then and don't intend on fixing this unit unless I pay them for something that was installed incorrectly to begin with have already paid $280 for the service call + paid 3275.00 this unit is also supposed to have a 10 year warranty on compressor coils and parts and they're not honoring it they want to charge me

Called for an estimate for a repipe since the house was built in 1942 and plumbing hadn't been completely updated.  Note: there were NO LEAKS.  We just wanted new pipes to try to get better water pressure.  End result was 2 leaks after the job was done, old drain pipes left under the house (attracting bugs and critters), and pipes not properly secured (pieces of old pipes were used to prop new pipes!), AND a broken dishwasher after they pulled the dishwasher out to fix the leak behind it (that we didn't have when they started the job!)
Repipe estimate was $3,100 and $875 to reconfigure kitchen drain pipe.   During the repipe, Mike Teague said it would cost another $2,000 to reattach drain pipes.  
Please save yourself a lot of headache, heartache and money by not hiring these guys.

Their manager promised a full remodel but after having 2 people
in my house for 3 weeks just to tile a very small bathroom (and I had to buy
them a battery for their truck because Larry Teague left them stranded at my
house) I had to buy everything myself and finish the remodel myself. They took
$3,900 (plus $400 in court fees) and only tore up my bathroom and had tile laid. When I asked for my money
back they said I owed them $600 more and I filed with the BBB. When I filed
with the BBB they had their lawyer right me a letter and threatened to put a
lean on my house.
I actually had to take them to court and easily won the suit but as we left the court
their lawyer came to me and said I wouldn?t get my money unless I took my
complaint off the BBB site.  I
never received my money but i will do my best to let everyone know how
unethical these guys are. The owner (Louis) even had a house arrest anklet on when he
came to court the first time.
Avoid this company at all cost. They will steal your money, lie to you
and not perform the work.

I hired   Larry Teague & Sons to remodel  my childrens/guest  bathroom based on an ad they had in the money pages.

 Even though we agreed upon a price and they promised a "paint ready" bathroom in 1 week, by the end of 3 weeks they finaly finished laying the tile (should have been a 2 day job max). I had to buy all the tile, pay a drywaller to fix their damage, hire an electrician and plumber to help me finish the job and I had to buy all the materials. They actually took $3,900 from me and paid 2 tilers less than $1,000 to lay tile I bought then they wouldn't answer my calls or finish the job. The owner wouldn't answer my calls so I finally complained to the BBB and that is when they had their attorney write me a threatening letter saying if I didn't PAY THEM ANOTHER $600 and take down my complaint, they would sue me for defamation and put a lien on my property.
Don't make the same huge mistake I did. search the web on this company and you will find numerous complaints like mine in which they take your money then never do the job and then if you complain the have their lawyer threaten you.
