I've had them come out 2 times over 3 years to install outdoor lighting and add outdoor power outlets. In every case they are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and have done excellent work.

It went very well. First, Jeff came to our house and did the initial estimate. He explained everything, including options, and answered all our questions. Once all the materials were in, Mark and Schuyler came out and did the installation. They were great. Explained some of the steps as they went along so we would have a better understanding. Once done, we started the generator and they demonstrated exactly how to connect power to the generator in the event of a power loss. The guys were friendly, courteous, and cleaned up all left over debris. We had used Crawford Electric for a smaller job in the past and I would definitely use them again. Would also feel confident in recommending them to others.

It started nicely enough. The scheduler scheduled agreeing Crawford would come out and evaluate the problem, fix if possible at the diagnosis visit. The electrician showed up and diagnosed the issue in about 15 minutes and left. He said he didn't have the part he needed, although there are at least two electrician supply stores within a mile of my house that would have carried the common part. I received an estimate of $400 for repair, ouch. The scheduler said it might take more or less than the estimate, but the price would be the same. No problem, I understand a minor variation with the estimates. He returned a few days later and installed the part (<$50) in under 15 minutes. When he charged the full $400 I complained, feeling I had been misled. He said that that since he was so much better than all the other electricians he was able to replace the part in a fraction of the time it would take a normal electrician, so I shouldn't expect to pay any less for higher quality work. I feel like I was scammed. ~$350 for 30 minutes work (he included the 15 minutes estimate visit in the bill). Never paid ~$700 an hour for any work before.

Two electricians showed up on time but realized right away they did not have the compatible panel for my system. They immediately went to home depot to purchase the correct panel. All went smoothly after that. They worked quickly and professionally.

Great. They got here and started right up. Had a problem with my structural set up in the attic as I wanted a line/plug outside where I would plug the portable generator into. A solution was figured out and the project went well. Great team work and would hire again.

The electrician was here on time but my husband was a few minutes late due to traffic - the electrician was openly annoyed. Nothing went well from there. He looked at the job for a few minutes and said he couldn’t do it on his own - which after talking with other electricians doesn't seem to be the case. He came back with someone else the next day just as annoyed. Multiple holes were made to move the lights. The holes aren't even. The size of the hole in the ceiling to add the fan is ridiculous - it all had to be repaired. It was sloppy and they made a mess with no attempt to clean it up.

Project team was on time. From the beginning I was presented with options that were not suitable to my requests. I was constantly told things could not be done and pushed back on heavily from lead technician. We eventually came to a solution after far too much discussion. Lead technician remained irratiable and off putting during the job. Once complete, I was presented with a ridiculous offering for a bill of service. No pricing was discussed for the job work and bill was grossly inflated. Technician said the best he could do was $20 cheaper. I refused to pay and called the office. Office staff was polite and willing to hear out my concerns. After internal discussion, they determined the quote for materials was high and split the difference by $175. If you use Crawford, I recommend asking for pricing up front and not be afraid to challenge the pricing. I will say the work completed was a success, but the road to completion was not the best experience. I may have received the one bad egg for a technician, but I would advise concern.

Mike was incredible! He quickly replaced my fan on my porch, and not only hard wired my sprinkler pump, but when the pump didn’t work, he arranged to come back that afternoon after his next job - went to Home Depot and bought a new pump, then came back with a coworker and they installed it that day! He also fixed an issue I’ve been having with an outlet, and replaced a can light in my kitchen with an LED version that I love! I have several more things for them to do and will be requesting Mike again to help me! They far exceeded my expectations!

Jamal and helper Ryan were very punctual, even came early. The job turned out to be more difficult than expected but they worked diligently to get things done. Jamal was very pleasant and professional as was his assistant Ryan. Jamal was patient and very helpful to Ryan who is learning the trade. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.

The initial call to fix the electrical problem went great. If I could rate the two techs---excellent---called ahead, on time and did the work fantastic. Good price. I also had stated I wanted a quote for my generator hook up. The techs took photos for the owner Jeff to get back with me with different options to do the hook up. After a month I called the office wondering on the quote and to remind them I was still interested. A week passed and I again called to see if any response. NONE. I had stated if too busy to let me know but I kept getting told the owner would call. I would not recommend them purely on no follow up on the job that would have been a decent job and worth their efforts.
