David was top notch in several ways:
He provided a fair estimate on he spot and immediately e-mailed it to me with his iPad. This was a breath of fresh air compared to how many other tree services operate.
He actually could not come out to do the job on the day he had planned but he was very good about informing me ahead of time. No problem there.
His work was quick, clean, and visually attractive. He did exactly what he said he would do.
He wore appropriate safety equipment.
He gave me lots of advice about the caring of my palms and was very easy to talk to. He clearly has lots knowledge which is what you would expect of a certified arborist.
He cleaned up completely. That was nice.
Overall I had had an excellent experience with him. I highly recommend him!
