While you have many options when choosing the best Service Provider for your property maintenance and improvements, we want to share a list of services that we offer which includes our labor rates. The Labor Rates below are provided for informational purposes only as each project is unique and will need a thorough consultation. This consultation will conclude with you receiving an estimate containing requested tasks, material costs and the confirmed labor rate for each requested task. The estimated quantity and cost for materials will be itemized on your quote. The actual materials used will be itemized on your invoice. Project/Tasks and Labor Rates: A. New Wooden Privacy Fences (6-ft tall) - Includes setting posts in concrete, adding three sets of cross beams secured with 3” screws, and adding pickets with 2” screws. All wooden materials will be premium, pressure-treated wood. B. New Wooden Privacy Fences (8-ft tall) - Includes setting posts in concrete, adding four sets of cross beams secured with 3” screws, and adding pickets with 2” screws. All wooden materials will be premium, pressure-treated wood. C. Replacement Fence Pickets Labor Rates: $10/linear ft for 4-ft fences $12/linear ft for 6-ft fences $14/linear ft for 8-ft fences - Includes demolition, loading, transport, tolls, unloading, and the disposal fees at the Santa Rosa County Landfill. - New pickets will be secured with 2” screws. D. Fence Painting or Staining: Labor Rate: $1.50/linear ft per coat applied E. Wooden Fence Gates: Labor Rates: $75/gate (4-ft wide) $100/gate (5-ft wide) $125/gate (6-ft wide) - Each gate will be framed to include cross beams for support and durability. - Gate hinges, latches, drop-down rods, and handles will be discussed during your consultation. F. Metal Fences Labor Rate: $13/linear ft - Includes setting posts in concrete, installing and securing metal fence panels. G. Chainlink Fences Labor Rate: $10/linear ft - Includes setting posts in concrete, installing top rails, securing chainlink mesh, adding tension rods, stretching and securing the fence mesh, and securing the tension wire with tension hooks. H. Fence Repairs Labor Rate: (Based on work required.) I. Other Services (This is not a complete list so ask us for a quote.) Labor rates are listed in parentheses below. - Ceiling fan installation ($75/fan) - Interior/Exterior light replacement ($25/light) - Toilet Kit replacement ($20/kit) - Complete Toilet replacement ($125/toilet) (Includes removal, loading and disposal of old toilet/toilets.) - Facet replacement ($25/faucet) - Other Services: Plumbing issues, Interior/Exterior painting, Drywall repairs, Flooring installation, Blinds/Shades, Storm door installation, Tree or Bush pruning/trimming, Land clearing, Landscaping to include re-sodding, TV mounting, Concrete work, Water heater replacement and upgrades to tankless (major cost savings and tax credits), And many, many other services.
