Two workers. One day. No problems.

They are excellent. I used them twice and both times, I was highly satisfied with their work and prices.

They're pretty good.

Everything went great. Jeff was very easy to work with and everything was done on time. I had to change the install date a couple of times and it was not an issue for Kool Breeze.

It was a horrible experience.  When I called to check on the new part they said they didn't know when it would arrive or where it was.I I could not believe that they were not checking on the part and trying to find out where it was for us.
After they installed the correct part and the air conditioner worked they said the air condition had not been installed correctly 4 Years ago when the house was built.  We then informed them that they had installed it 4 yrs ago.

They gave me an estimate of $1000.00 to replace the thermal expansion valve, TXV.  I thought that was high so I asked my neighbor who works in the field.  He told me he thought it was high also and that they were not being honest with me that they had to replace all the Freon in my system.  That is what they told me was driving the price so high.  My neighbor told me they can reclaim the Freon and reuse it.  I called them and asked about it and they told me that my system was not the most efficient and they could replace it with a better system for around $6000.00 and wouldn't address the issue that I thought they were trying to rip me off.  I told them forget about servicing my system, I will call someone else.  I soon got a bill for $85.00 for the 'free estimate'.  When I called and asked about it they told me that it was only free if they did the job quoted.   So my understanding of that was we won't charge you $85.00 for the estimate if you let us rip you off for $1000.00.  I paid the $85.00 because the technician actually did come out and diagnose the problem.



My neighbor recommended that I call Boggs A/C repair and let them look at my unit.  They came out and replaced the TXV for $450.00, reclaiming the existing Freon.  The system has been working fine.

My AC stopped cooling.  Not good!  I called around 8:15 this morning
(10/1).  Carlos was at my house by 2:00.  He listened to the air
conditioner inside and told me the compressor wasn't working.  He went
outside, checked and found the capacitor wasn't working.  He changed it,
checked the freon and found we didn't need any, put everything back
together and was gone by 2:30.  I was very pleased with the service I
got.  Carlos is very friendly and did his job in a professional way.

Kool Breeze, were quick and professional.

Horrible. They caused more problems than they fixed.

I called Kool Breeze because my air conditioning unit was backing up and water was in my hallway. The repairman arrived as promised but that was about all I can say good. He used a vaccum to try to extract a clog that didn't even fit the pipe (hose end was about 3" in diameter and pipe is 1.25" in diameter). He also broke a pipe in the process of looking at the unit. I was told that the clog could not be removed and I would have to replace the entire line to the tume of $1000. He spoke with his supervisor and the price kept coming down until he reached $650.

I went to Lowe's and purchased a wet/dry vaccum with an appropriate sized hose on it and was able to remove the clog myself and spent less than $30 for all supplies from Lowe's.

Don't call Kool Breeze. They will recommend work that does not need to be done and then try to negotiate with you when you say you don't have the money. I called them last year to clean the coils and it turns out the SAME repairman didn't even remove the drip pan so all the debris possibly clogged it. He denied that his company and more specifically him, cleaned the coils until I pointed out the sticker on the side of the unit with his name, company name and date of service on it.

If you want your air conditioner to work properly, don't call Kool Breeze. They will manufacture things that are in fact NOT wrong only to make a quick buck. I can NOT stress enough NOT to call them!
