Hansen's Do It All Handyman Svc Llc

My handyman is John Hansen. I have used him for three years and he is really, really good. He still comes occasionally when I need him. I needed him a lot when I first came and I used him for about three years constantly. He does landscaping and he does sod and fences and decks. He can do any type of small carpentry type jobs and home repairs. He is licensed and insured. He charges by the hour. I don't know if the rate is the same or not but it was $25.00. I am sure it depends on the job. He is very honest. I can trust him with anything. He is very respectful and he is very punctual in arriving. I don't think there is anything that isn't good about John. He is a good worker. He works very hard. He doesn't start a job and then stop. He works really, really hard. When he takes a break, he just takes a brief break and he goes back to work. He doesn't waste any time. I don't think he even takes off for his lunch break. Everything he did for me was outstanding. I thought he was very fair on pricing. He is very reasonable, he does hard work and does a good job and of good quality. I don't like hiring people that just don't show up or if they show up they take off here and there and I can't keep track of what they are doing. When John starts a job, he finishes it. He has a lot of customers. He lives in Navarre and I live in Milton, but he will come up here to help me. He does yard work and he does about everything I want him to do. He doesn't do things like electrical or plumbing, but he does minor things like the sink garbage disposal and so on. He doesn't really mess with anything that requires that type of license. He does everything really well. He also lays tile. His responsiveness is excellent. If there is anything wrong, he fixes it. He always shows up on time. He is very professional. John has been absolutely a blessing. He is just excellent. I didn't even know him. I found him just by chance. I trust him. He doesn't come in the house unless I am in the house. He is just really very respectful. When he comes out, I need to be in the house. He prefers me to be home.
