It went very well. The team called to ask if they could show up about 30 minutes early! We knew our carpets were old and badly stained from either fading or very poor prior cleaning attempts but at least they would be sanitized. Gulf Coast Carpet did an outstanding job and I am very pleased. We will definitely call them again and highly recommend them for quality care, price, and professionalism.

We had purchased a carpet pad for an oriental rug in 2014 from them. When we noticed some residue on our hardwood floor some time later, we called David the owner. He looked at our problem and determined that we were not sold the best pad for our situation. He and his team quickly cleaned the residue from the floor and installed a better pad at no cost to us.
