Complete Home Inspection
Contracted with home inspector (Mike) Oct 2024 for home purchase. Property is smallish modest home in Sarasota. Inspector was recommended by Realtor, who I later learned were in social group for purpose of promoting others business. Long story shortened, HVAC system suffered badly from rust to include coils. A novice would have noticed if had taken time to look! I observed condition when HVAC tech diagnosed. Shortly after purchase, I contacted HVAC company for maintenance contract and to my surprise, informed system was not worthy due to damage. Contacted second HVAC company with same result. Consequently was forced into expensive outlay and have replaced system. I overheard inspector state seller was old family friend from Jersey. Not saying is reason for negligence though am baffled as to why.

Cannot recommend this company enough! After recent tropical storm damage, Mike came and did such a thorough inspection so we could submit a list of work orders to our builder. He took the time to answer all of our questions and never once did I feel he was rushing the process. If you want a company that truly cares about their clients, this one is it!

The service provided was excellent. The inspector showed up on time and conducted the inspection. He explained the details that were going to be identified in the report.
