Our team, at Energy Savers of Florida (ESOF), has serviced northwest Florida with quality heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance, repair, and installation services since 1996! We serve our community from our base of operation in Milton, Fl. We strive to create customer cheerleaders and raving fans throughout Gfeater NW Florida serving Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa Counties. Chuck Sandler, owner of Energy Savers, not only installed my HVAC System in my home in 2007, he has maintained it twice a year since. He is a 20+ year Navy Senior Chief Electricians Mate whom challenged the curriculum at a local technical school and aced the test and proceeded to go in to business. His knowledge of theory and trouble-shooting a A/C & Heating system is tops in my book. I to am a retired Chief Petty Officer Sonar Technician whom fully understands the training and hands on expertise on a Navy Ship entails. Chuck "is" my AC guy. You won't be dissappointed by making him yours.

I was so afraid to call anyone for help. Selling my home and wanted someone to not take advantage of my situation. Chuck Santeler came out same day, replaced my needed parts same day, and gave me a more than honest fee. I highly recommend this company, very hard to find someone to do good, hones, dependable work these days. His number is 850 983-6688. If there were a 10 star review he would get it. Chuck the owner of Energy Savers Of Florida came to my office to evaluate and diagnosis problems with my HVAC system. We've been having years of deteriorating air quality in our office and was told over and over again this is the best that it can be. Energy Savers Of Pensacola diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. In less than a week they came out and spent all the time necessary installing, perfecting, fixing our old system and installed an additional system. I am totally satisfied and actually quite impressed by the quality and speed that the job was done. I highly recommend this company for HVAC needs. His crew was on-time and very professional.

Will use this company again and recommend to everyone! Since nothing was working, Chuck talked us through resetting unit, after explaining was a common problem-that didn’t work but appreciated him trying to avoid cost of service call if not necessary. Since we called after office closed he returned call from cellphone. Stated was finishing service call in gulf breeze but could come to our house in 1-1 1/2 hours -if we were ok with him coming by that late on a Friday evening (8:30-9 pm). Able to find problem and repair in about an hour. Checked unit inside and out and took time to explain what we could do to keep energy and repair costs down while staying comfortable (like not putting furniture in front of the return air and not using the expensive filter I bought thinking it would work better -both of which make our unit work harder.) . Will be using Energy Savers of FL for all our air conditioning needs and scheduled a house test because our electric bill is high and house is so dusty. Very professional and knowledgeable. Even though was late on a Friday he still took time to check our whole unit and explain what he was doing and what he was finding. Took time to tell us about our unit and how to make it last longer and cool better.

The evaluation was fine. He did a air intrusion evaluation and heat leak assessment. I requested the results so I could find out why my energy bill is so high.
Mr. Santeler siad, "He would send the results of his evaluation at the end of the week via email. I provided my email address and waited for the email. To date no email and no report on his findings.
All I wanted was to find out if there is anything I could do to reduce our energy bill. I called twice and sent four emails to his office. Apparently the email address he provided is not functional since no response has been received.
