5 STARS ALL AROUND! I received other quotes and Edgewater was middle of the road. What received our business is EVERYTHING that was promised from something as simple as sending me a text then being here at a certain time was all fulfilled. My first meet with Cong there was no rush. He gave me all the time and attention I needed to ask questions and answered with patience. He climbed on the roof and looked around listening to my concerns. He told me he would be staying on the jobsite from start until finish. I was thankful there would be no calling into an office with a middleman. He immediately sent me the quote and let me decide. Cong called one day to check in with me after we were already working together. I was having a hard day and working on our golf cart. HE SHOWED UP WITH TOOLS to help me. When it was roofing day, his crew were ALL outside waiting to start, the trailer was backed up and they worked together like a team of ants putting breathable tarps up to protect the plants and our yard. They made sure our neighbors knew they would be roofing and if they had any concerns or if any plastic, etc. should blow over to let them know. They would be happy to take care of it. Cong was at our home the entire day unless he had to make a run for more wood. He continually sent pictures of the roof so we could see what he was looking at. When he made the wood run, he sent me updates of what sizes he had to purchase. He brought wood to the job, but our roof was way worse than we anticipated (not their fault). If we had not had so much damage this crew would have had our roof on in one day. It did take a day and a half due to all the damage. I was amazed at how well they worked together. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The customer service is great, before we even committed Cong found a leak in the roof and came back the next day and sealed the leak at no cost to us. The workers were professional and finished quickly. The crew worked quietly and quickly. The cleanup was great, this company uses netting all-around the house and caught the majority of mess. The price was very close to other contractors. A little extra was worth the service and quality of work.

Working with this company exceeded my expectations. They were very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took the time to protect my home and landscape with a special tarp and the clean up left my home looking better than when they started. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof.

The best experience I've had working with any roofing contractor. From the start of the estimate process to the end of the Installation. This is a roofing company you can TRULY TRUST. Not enough space to tell how great Cong and his crew are but lm gonna try. We just went through a tornado and a large oak tree fell on are house it was bad and like a miracle Cong was driving through my neighborhood . He introduced himself and that he could help us . Iâ m disabled so getting on the roof is not possible for me I had some family come over and help with putting a tarp on the roof. There were a few customers ahead of us so we waited and then hurricane sally hit and causes even more damage. This is how great cong is . Right before the storm was on top of us the tarp started to come of the roof so I called cong and let me tell you with no hesitation cong was on the way leaving his own family to help my family he climbed on the roof with pouring rain and fixed the tarp . Edgewater will go above and beyond to make sure your family is safe and the job is done right. If you are looking for a great roofing contractor go no further and give edgewarer a call . They will get the job done and done right and no lie cong stopped by my house just the other day just to say hi and check in on my family.
