Cand S called and scheduled the work to start on Monday the 24th of October. Cand S also called on the 24th to explain they were on their way. The first thing we did was completely review the scope of work to make sure we were in agreement. Once that was done, Cand S immediately started work. Tarps were placed in areas where paint dripping would be difficult to remove. Wood that needed to be replaced, was replaced and primed. The (Plastic) columns were completely wire brushed to remove cracked paint, were then repainted. The plastic window arches were cleaned and painted. The metal window supports were cleaned and painted. The rear door wood was replaced, recaulked, and painted (option to remove and replace the rear door were discussed in lieu of repair).
When the job was finished, Cand S cleaned up all the areas.
