A few time snags due to COVID, but overall quality work through and through.

This review is specifically directed at owners/management. Poor time management, poor communication and poor attention to detail. They were 2+ months late starting the project. We already put down a hefty deposit for materials, so could not change companies. They didn't communicate delays with us. Even when we confronted them about it, there was still no change. Specific details we asked for in the beginning were long forgotten, due to not caring or the fact it had been 2+ months. Towards the end of the project, only one guy was working. Therefore, we did not feel like a priority.

It went great. My bathroom is like a spa.

It went GREAT!! We had the wall removed between the livingroom and kitchen giving us an AWESOME open floorplan...and they matched the vaulted ceiling in the kitchen with the one in the livingroom, the bamboo flooring throughout the house was replaced and refinished, we created a new walk-in pantry behind the kitchen giving us plenty room for food and appliance storage, and a walk through master closet was created opening up to a master bath with a walk through full body master shower. We had a great working relationship with Chris and Alanna and their team. We will ABSOLUTLEY hire them again when we have more remodel work to do.

We had a garden tub taken out and a walk in shower put in. They did a beautiful job and I would highly recommend them.

Chris and Alanna were very easy to work with. Chris is very good at what he does. He made sure everything looked good and we were satisfied.

Chris is awesome. Has pride in his work, and wants customer to be happy. Alaina is great with design and was so helpful in finding just what we wanted. Our condo looks amazing and we will hire them again!

Chris was fantastic. He showed up on time, completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and it was done with attention to detail.

Perfect! Contractor was always punctual, couteous, and displayed expertise in workmanship. He completed project on time and finished product was just as we requested. We are seniors with many projects behind us but we want to say “this one was the best!” Thank you so very much Anchored Renovations LLC.

Amazing!! Chris and his team do a fantastic job! He is organized and communicated with me every step of the way. We collaborated on ideas and problem solved when another solution was needed.
