Choice Home Warranty used this company for servicing our contract/air conditioning units. Appt set/made quickly. Appt held on time. Air was shutting off and discovered to be line blockage. Decided to enter into service contract due to not having and existing one. Technician was very informative and friendly. Offered suggestions for maintaining units/systems. Cleaned inside of units found to be loaded with mold. Recommended installing UV units. We did so. 1st 2 units could have be faulty, a 3rd unit was also faulty so tech replaced. They all work now. I would recommend again. We had to endure a larger than what we expected pricetag but will be worth it in long run. Occurred over weekend and with UV issues we had some hot days/nights til Monday is reason for B rating. Couldnt apparently be done right the 1st time :(. Some things are out of control but was still an inconvenience.
