Excellent. Right after Irma. Minimal delay.

From the day Nick came to check the roof after Hurricane Irma to see what damage we had, he was always attentive and professional. He came when the insurance adjuster came and showed him the damage which was significant yet not obvious. The final result is that the roof looks great, and more importantly, we feel we got a good quality roof compared to many of the others in the neighborhood that were replaced by other companies.

Project went very smoothly. They were punctual. They were thorough and very considerate. I referred them to my friends. They are excellent. I've done roofing projects and they were the best.

Our experience with Nick (a co-owner) and all of the Weathertite employees was truly amazing. After experiencing some damage from Irma, both we and our contractor tried in vain to get someone to follow through on getting an estimate and doing the work before the next hurricane season. Numerous companies failed to show up and we wasted 3 months. Fortunately I was put in touch with Nick who immediately set a time to come see us the following week. Not only did he show up as promised but he also gave us our estimate within just a few days. The work was done as promptly as it could be given the manufacturing delays caused by the hurricane. He even accommodated us by not working when we had a house full of guests. His communications about the work after we headed north for the summer were great. We totally trusted him and his crew and the work they did was exceptional. I would hire him again in a minute. Local business, local owner, great staff, great results! Friends of ours who signed up with one of the large roofing companies is just now getting their new roof installed.

Both Nick and Hector was terrific. They were responsive, quick to come out, provide estimate, photos and repairs all in one day. They did a great job and were extremely professional. Very happy with the quality of the work and would hire them again. Thank you both you made a stressful time a bit less stressful!!!!

It went great. They discovered part of the problem wasn't actually the roof, and saved us a bunch of money.

The work was scheduled and completed asap. the workers were most professional . The owner (boss) did follow up with me to insure that the problem was no long an issue. I would most sincerely used these folks again to fix my problem.

Excellent!  Hector came out promptly, surveyed our roof, and sent a detailed proposal with options for color and material.  Other companies had sent a sales rep.  Hector clearly had expertise  in roofing gables, vents, skylights, and suggested some improvements.  His price was fair, and he was very responsive to all questions.  We signed  the contract and he gave us an estimate date. 

He called ahead to let us know they were on schedule.  Everything went like clock work.The crew moved through a complicated steep roof, Hector was constantly on site, they cleaned up at the end of the day and frankly, were really nice guys.  Thoughtful of white rugs, vacuumed beneath the skylights where some debris fell in.

We will come to them for any further roofing and will rave about them to our neighbors.

on the third story of the house the fascia board tore off the building. They replaced the fascia board and fixed the leaking. All the other quotes were over $1300. They did a really good job over all.

Ok. The roof inspector seemed to be in a hurry.  He did inspect both house and garage roofs and re-attached a few tiles, however, a few months later, I discovered a leak in the garage roof.

The job was very professional and thorough from start to finish. The shingle removal, deck repair and waterproofing was done no time as they had a huge crew for it. The shingling took time as there is a screw about every half inch. The edges are wrapped around so no wind can get underneath. It's a complicated roof so there was a lot of edge work all of which looks perfect. The gutter they did is beautiful and very well designed. They recommended solar vents which seem to be working out very well. The workers were nice,and they cleaned up every nail and piece of scrap they dropped. Best is, their depth of knowledge. Everything recommended to me made sense and was affirmed by my neighbors who have been in Florida far longer than I. I'm very happy with the choice I made.

I had noticed a water mark on my ceiling and asked to have the roof inspected for a possible leak.
Nick was very good about telephone follow up when making arrangements.
When he came to my home he took his time and did a careful assessment of the problem-it turns out that the roof was not the issue.  Nick took time to look for the actual problem even when he had established that a roof leak was not the issue.
He did this for no charge, despite my offering to pay for his service.
I give him high marks for trying to figure out the problem and not just leaving it at " it's not the roof".
He was also very punctual .
If I need roof repairs, I will call him first.

They did a decent job with the roof, there hasn't been any leaking since they came. They attempted to match the coloring of my tiles, it's not a perfect match, but it's better than any other company I've used. The only problems that I ran into with them was the phone number on the website was wrong, and was difficult to get in contact with. I also had a problem with their clean up of my yard. I had to go out and filled two buckets worth of left over materials from my yard.

The service went very well. Their punctuality, responsiveness and good work stood out to me. They came out in March. We hired them for a couple of things. They are coming back today to give me an estimate for another work. I am very pleased with them. They are very responsive.
